At Home Evolutions VA, we’ve decided to take our Blog posts in a new direction. We would like to present information that is more helpful to our customers and those who might be interested in the services that we provide.
The goal is to build a catalog of posts that, over time, will cover useful topics that apply not only to K-Guard, replacement gutters, replacement windows, roofing, and siding, but also who we are as a company.
In due time, we want you to know about us – as well as the strength of the products we offer, the maintenance thereof, and how and why they are worth investing in.

Home Evolutions VA is located at 460 Progress Drive (toward the end of the road) on the left-hand side. We love having visitors in our newly renovated office!
There are comprehensive displays of our products available with literature on hand to help potential customers identify solutions to most every home exterior issue. We have the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff available to answer any questions you might have.
There’s also plenty of coffee on hand just in case you have more than a few questions! One of our core philosophies is that we build relationships with our clientele. After all, our primary warranties range from 50-years to Lifetime in duration.
So, yeah, we like to get to know who we provide service(s) to as much as we can. You are important to us and you are welcome at our place any time our doors are open.

The product line we offer consists of a variety of the finest quality and best looking products to accommodate your exterior needs at even the most modest budget. Our understanding of gutters, gutter guards, replacement windows, and roof products led us to the conclusion that these products are needed on every type of home. Therefore, we aim to make them affordable to every type of homeowner.
We also feature a variety of finance options with the most competitive terms (seriously, we were blown away). No house left behind!
We’re especially proud to say that the cost of our “flagship” product, the K-Guard leaf Free Gutter System, averages 10-15% lower than the previous franchise owner and even more compared to franchises outside of our territory and even outside of our state.

On a more personal note, we are a Christian company. Though this is common in Central Virginia, we try to set ourselves apart by being a Christian company that acts like it. This was the absolute first philosophy implemented when we took over the K-Guard franchise and opened Home Evolutions VA. It is the rhyme and the reason for all we do.
